When buying from the R3einternet solution, you must agree to the return and refund policy of our Company. It means, every time you make a purchase, we assume that you agree to our return and refund policy. You can claim a refund or replacement within 3 days of your purchase. To do that, you will have to visit our online store and raise a return/replacement. One of our executives will get in touch with you to solve the dispute you are having.

R3einternet Solution reserves the right to modify, change, update, delete, or add any policy without any further customer notice. If your purchase was made with the previous policy, R3einternt will proceed with the older policy to protect customer rights.

Return Cases and Scenarios

A return is made only in these conditions:

  1. When the product is damaged
  2. When the product is not working
  3. When the product is different from what you ordered
  4. A Part/Piece is missing or damaged

In these cases, the customer can apply for a return. You are bound to pay for the delivery charges for one side.

Note: You will receive only a replacement for the product in the situations mentioned above. R3einternet solution will send you the new product. In case the product you order is out of stock, one of our team members will inform you and you will be able to apply for a full refund or purchase a new product from our website.

Refund/Replacement Cases and Scenarios

You can apply for a refund in these cases only:

  1. The product is out of stock
  2. Delivery issue at your location

In case of any damage or defect, we will not issue a refund, we will rather send you a new product.

  2. You can claim for replacement within 3 days of your purchase
  3. If the product is out of stock, you can either wait for it or claim a full refund

  5. Your data is protected at R3einternet solution servers and is never shared with any other firm or company, however, your ISP may be able to track, detect, locate your browser history, details, and services.

Company rights:

Just like customers, every company holds some rights to protect itself from potential fraud. Although our customers are our top priority, we at R3einternet solution hold these rights:

  1. Do a background check of the customer IP and location in case of a potential fraud
  2. Encrypt our data and systems to prevent any threat from any malicious activity
  3. Update/change/remove/edit/add any policy without any further notice to the customer.
  4. Update pricing, offers, and coupons as per our inventory
  5. Update, change or delete any product
